Ep 156 - The EVEREST Goat with Gareth McGuigan

And I think by that sort of stage, I've met you and we're doing regular goat loops each week and those kind of things.

And obviously you're doing other events as well at the same time.

But this isn't your first big thing that you've attempted in Narang.

You've done a couple of other big events and I'd like to touch on those.

So you've done the...

McChicken Royale sandwich, which I think you were quite famous for.

Even a couple of good AI sort of graphics came up on that one.

You did a single trails loop as well.

So just talk us through quickly the McRoyale sandwich and the singles trail.

That was the first.

What was that about?

So while I met Ben, he was telling me all the stories.

Then you were overseas at that time when me and Ben started running.

Then you came back.

Then I used to listen to you and him talk about your stories on run.

And then Ryan Bolton was at Western States at that point.

And so he just came back and started talking about Western States and all this awesome stuff.

This is the best thing ever.

And then we started talking about all the other things bigger than just the goat loop.

And so the first one was we did a goat royale.

Ben told me about that.

So like, let's do that.

And while doing that, I asked Ben, what if you do the royal up and down? And he's like, it's already been done.

Like, yeah.

Okay.
