Okay, we spoke about certain items that get a little bit tricky, if it's which has certain leniencies, and we spoke about things that are a bit more high-level designation for unusability on Shabbos, like things that have no purpose whatsoever, which is what we call and those things are not permitted to move at all.

So even with tzarkuva, you need it for something permissible, or tzarku mechayim, you need its place.

Those things are forbidden on a higher level because they're really unavailable and have no use on Shabbos itself.
