Olivia Hardy and I go way back, but she is our Behavior Services Director here at Puzzle Pieces.
So, and before that one, I want her to introduce herself a little bit to say, you know, of the six years of you being this behavior services, can you kind of just give a background history of, you know, some of the experiences you have and the degrees that you have, just because I feel like it's important as we, as we go through this topic.
And you're also very similar to me in the sense that we are both special needs siblings.
And so what I want this conversation to lean into is, your diverse of experience in this field you've been able to walk alongside a lot of families and a lot of what your educational background is has helped you to navigate what do they do after a diagnosis too as well and so before we kind of dive in do you mind to kind of share with the audience a little bit of just who you are and your background and some of the experiences before Puzzle Pieces.
