So our first one, and this is like you would think this is easy, but it's just make the fee simple, predictable and visible before listing.
Right.
Because, yeah, we kind of have an idea like it does tell you like it's going to be a certain percentage sometimes.
But if you're doing, you know, promoted listing, sometimes you don't know.
Sometimes you don't know if it's going to go through promoted listing.
Like what I like is like when you do it on Poshmark, you do other platforms like it tells you right away.
Like this is how much you're going to cash out when you get this.
And I just it's never reliable.
I always get shocked.
There's always a surprise at the end.
Yeah.
And I almost wonder if a part of the reason they don't, because there's a listing fee.
Most people know what their listing fee is.
If you've been doing this for a long time, you can kind of figure out what percentage eBay is going to take and if you're promoted listing.
So you can run the rough math on your own pretty quickly if you've been doing it a long time and kind of get an idea what you're your net is going to be after the item sells but it would be nice if they just showed you like those two numbers right like if this sells promoted listing here is what you're going to take home from this product and if you sell non-promoted listing this is what it's going to be even as you adjust those promoted listing amounts because i mean yeah it's not that hard to say like okay 10 promoted listing that's going to be that fee but then again it's like okay well is that going on my my shipping and is that included on so so just having that just here's the number right here here's how much you're going to make that might make people adjust their prices right off the bat right like oh i actually need to list this a little bit higher or i can actually come down a little bit because i know what my net is going to be but i would imagine the reason they have not done this yet is because I think it would discourage people from listing items potentially.
And I think it would make people list their items higher.
So they want that competition.
They're okay with a minor race to the bottom.
They obviously don't want things going for rock bottom.
They want to make their percentage of the sale.
but they'd rather things move than it sit in your inventory forever.
And if people are listing things too high, because if they see, oh, my take home from this is actually only going to be 63.
