Episode 111: From Self-Doubt to Self-Trust: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

In this week's episode of The Pure Health Podcast, Kirsty and Nicole dive into imposter syndrome—why so many capable, high-achieving people struggle with self-doubt, and why those feelings don't simply disappear with success. Drawing on their own experiences as practitioners and business owners, Kirsty and Nicole share the moments they've questioned themselves, from seeing their first clients and hiring their first team members to launching a podcast, building a business, and stepping into completely new challenges. They explore why imposter syndrome is so common among intelligent, caring people, and how comparison, perfectionism, and the pressure to "know it all" can keep us feeling like we're never enough. The episode also unpacks practitioner-specific and business owner imposter syndrome, why confidence is built through action rather than waiting until you feel ready, and practical strategies to help you build self-trust, quiet self-doubt, and take the next step despite uncertainty. If you've ever felt like you're not experienced enough, worried you'll be "found out," or held yourself back because you didn't feel confident, this episode is a reminder that growth always begins outside your comfort zone. **Let's stay connected** Follow us behind the scenes on Instagram: @purehealthwellnesshubapp @purehealthnutrition_ @purehealthnutritionclinic
