You’re a Pawn in the game until you understand the rules of the game

So in order to manifest anything, the two most important things that we have to protect are our time and our energy.

These are your most valuable resources, and most people are so intentionable and protective of where they put their money, but they don't protect the more valuable resources, their time and energy.

So I went to France last month, and I was riding horses, and I landed in Paris.

And I was so sick.

I literally...

Everyone's like, "How was Paris?" I'm like, "Um, I stayed in bed for almost 48 hours [laughs] because my whole system crashed." When I get sick, I know it's my soul.

I know it's something saying, like, "Hey, something needs to shift," because...

Well, we can get into the spiritual stuff later.

But I essentially asked my soul, my intuition, "Why did I just crash for two days?" And I saw a vision, and I kept hearing extractive energy.

And so I kinda went down this rabbit hole within myself, um, as I'm lying on the bed, super sick, in, like, the most beautiful city in the world.

And what came through was that I was still allowing people, places, energetics, and even, like, consumption, so, like, media I was taking in, food I was taking in, that was life-taking not life-giving.

Life-taking not life-giving.

I swear when I get sick, something's wrong too, like energy soul is 100%.

Our soul...

I literally, um, I just taught a course on this, well, it was a journey, but called Soul and Life.

W- Our soul is always communicating to us.

So when we're sick or when we're injured, it's not just a physical thing.

It's a spiritual thing.

Our soul is trying to get us back on track, and it's trying to guide us to our potential, to literally create the vision that's imprinted on your heart and your soul, and in order to do that, we have to self-actualize.

But before we can self-actualize, we have to protect our most valuable resources.

And this was so crazy to me when I saw that because I realized, whoa, I had set an intention to up-level, well, in all areas of my life, but specifically in business, um, right, right before I went to, to Pa- to France.

And of course, my soul was showing me what was w- what things in my life were not in alignment with that version of me that's already created it.

And for those of you who don't know, like, I started a second business.

I'm basically [laughs] doing three careers right now, and it's taken a lot of time and energy and persistence.
