um well i think obviously from ipav's point of view it's extremely important and that they're involved i mean we have a serious housing crisis that's been going on for many many years so i think it does need eu intervention and the level of what is going to happen over the next six months i'm not really sure if our members are fully engaged or understand what may happen over that period of time but overall I think everyone is very positive about it and we feel it's going in the right trajectory especially since they're acknowledging that there is not only a crisis in Ireland but across Europe and even meeting other people in the industry when we're going throughout Europe for valuations or other bodies that we're involved in They're all saying they have the same problems, the same supply constraints, same rental issues.

So it's very interesting.

We're hearing the same story over and over again throughout Europe.
