hey my friends welcome to another episode of the property management business podcast i'm your host mark cunningham what do you think of when you hear the term high octane maybe a fast car what i think of is katie linkus you're going to meet her today katie is one of those people who seems to accomplish so much that it's incredibly inspiring for the rest of us.

I'm not going to give you much of a bio on her yet because I will do that with her here in just a moment.

At one point, Katie will share what she and her husband have done to help the unhoused, to help individuals who really can't find housing on their own.

So talk about the investment properties that she owns and how she got into that.

The unique culture that her company has and how that led to her firing her daughter one day her daughter which is one of the six kids that she has how once a week their office closes down one day a week so their people just run a four-day work week how you need an appointment to get into her office they don't have walk-ins and yet they do all this through a very successful pm company and at the end of the conversation She will share exactly what she does to end her very busy days, which is something I think all of us should probably start doing, but I'm going to let her finish and share that end of conversation.
