hello and welcome to property investing insights client stories today is a bit different i actually don't have a client here today instead i have someone a client leans on when they're building wealth and of course when we when we are building wealth we're looking at different people maintaining different roles and making sure that we're taking you through the journey So we're talking of course about financial planning and obviously that industry has changed over the years where we've gone from a commission model to more of a fee-for-service model and the reality is that the number of financial planners in Australia is actually decreasing because this is one of the most strongly regulated industries in Australia.
And I do hope that at some point in time we can say the same things about buyers agents as well.
