I did not realize I was taking breathing for granted, like just something as simple as breathing.
But when your breathing is labored and everything takes 10 times longer to do and you have to take little breaks in between doing things, you start to appreciate breathing in a different way.
I was talking to a friend the other day and I'm trying to tell her, trying to help her to calm down.
So not just breathing, but in general, there are things that we are so accustomed to being able to do easily that we tend to take them for granted.
And so I want you to, you know, sit in gratitude for the things that are working the way that they're supposed to, that do come easily because sometimes they may not.
And you realize that, you know, you have been taking that thing for granted.
Number two, I just want to reiterate the importance of what I call in the I Don't Do It All book as well as my calendar detox, the importance of having white space in your life.
I did not necessarily have white space planned in my life for these last two weeks.
But as disheartening as that was, as frustrating as that may be sometimes, because now I have to dig back through and put those pieces back together of, wait, I was supposed to meet with this person or do this thing.
