So I think you've caught us at a really interesting moment and I feel like I've got a lot of learnings from the pa- I think we've been pitching like crazy over the past 18 months, so it feels like a good time to talk about what's working and what's not.

I do think, I wanna do a shout-out to Amy and your, um, your podcast episode from a couple of years ago at Tui on how she runs a slick pitch process.

And I think if we're gonna stick to the age-old, like that is a, it's 11, 11 step te- uh, s- step, um, guide, but I think it's a pretty solid way for an in-house team to run it.

So I do have a, I do have another version that is a, a, is slightly disruptive.

I don't know if any, if people will rally around it, but where I'd love to see the pitch process moving towards.

I think it gives a clear indication of like who's in the room, an idea of why the brief came about, and a clear indication of what they're looking for, and starting to get a feel of like teams one-to-one and how you might work together.
