One of the things that I wanted to show you today and share with you is one of the things that really I had to overcome, and I still do a little bit, um, from time to time.

And oftentimes, insecurity can, um, begin to hold you back and create limitations and glass ceilings over your life that were never meant to be.

Have you ever felt like you weren't, um, measured up enough, um, welcomed into a space, and you've been left out? Um, have you ever worried about what people think about you, if they'll accept you, or what you have to share, what you have to offer, what product you have? You, your whole brand, who you are.

And so when we think about our brand and think about who we are, we have to think about, uh, insecurity.

So insecurity, so if you have no insecurities, welcome to, like, the club that hardly anybody belongs to.

Like, I was shorter, so I had a, a, a little bit of size advantage in terms of my height.

What is he worried about?" But I was just always one of the shortest guys growing up, and I had to overcome a lot of things, and so there was overcompensation that goes along with that.

Or you totally shrink back into a shell and you are not your true self, who you were actually meant to be.

So insecurity comes from not understanding who you are in Christ or your identity and what, what you bring to the table and what your worth is.

'Cause one of the biggest things that you're gonna face in business and in your career is what is your worth, what is your value, what do you bring to the table? I am constantly, not on purpose, devaluing what I have to offer.

Well, how about this? People in the industry, in the coaching industry that I've just broken into in the last two years, tell me that I don't charge enough.

[laughs] I do one-on-one coaching, um, with pastors and with, um, you know, business guys, and when I tell them what I was gonna pa- what they were gonna pay, he says, "Mike, you're not offering...
