Episode 4 - Belfast Blues

But yeah, otherwise, I mean, for me, wow, it was a show to forget.

It was quite stressful.

Yeah, it felt awkward.

It did.

I mean, like, you know...

It was really awkward.

Big love to the Belfast fans that came down, but it was a tough crowd out there.

And, I mean, my ears were not...

I wasn't happy with my ears.

They've not been dialed in.

I need to spend a bit more time in soundcheck tomorrow to get those right, because...

You know, I just had all this washy, like, in my ears, and I was just like, oh, for the whole set.

Because we didn't really get a proper sound check today,

so.

And I never make changes in the set to our sound, ever.

I literally, I just struggle with it.

But today, as Layla was passing, I grabbed her and went, can you ask Sam to turn up the track? And it was just like, because I can't hear anything.

At least that will be a solid something to hear.

I don't normally have much in my ears, but I was just like, yeah, give me some of that.

And then next thing I know, I've just got the BVs.

It's so loud in my ears.

I was just like, oh, this is hell.

I was like, I'm just going to have to climb on stuff.

And you did.

And I did.
