What if I told you that waiting to feel better was a symptom and starting anyway was your cure? If you're the type that is constantly waiting for that day, that one magic day that you're going to pop out of bed and say, you know, I feel like a new person.

Now, if you're waiting for that day, if you're waiting to become that person, you might be waiting a long time.

See, waiting for that perfect moment, that perfect day, that motivation to come within you means that you're waiting for proof.

In this video, I'm going to talk about why starting your recovery, regardless of how you feel today, regardless of how symptomatic you are, is the key to your success.

One of the biggest revelations I made during my recovery was the understanding that the brain is meant to keep you safe.

The brain is not there to optimize your well-being, improve your recovery state.

What it is doing is it's looking for signs and symptoms in your environment that might be dangerous, that are unclear.

Again, your body relies on rhythm, on consistency, on practicing who you are as a person.

Now, if you are someone who's been stuck in bed, stuck in the recovery state for many months, many years in some cases, that is what your brain believes to be safe.

Now, again, even if those routines, those habits, those things that you were doing were keeping you stuck, keeping you in that rut of recovery to your brain, to your brain that feels safe, because that is normal.

Now, The thing that we need to understand about reshaping your identity, reforming you as a person, is that this is not something that's going to happen overnight.

That is not something that is going to change in a matter of adding one system, one protocol, one magic supplement.
