And on that basis, we're actually going to talk about all the things, or at least all the things I can think of that I have learned recently, kind of in the last week, also just recently as well.

And I think I used to make episodes like this and I think I would mainly just talk about all the things that I have learned sort of emotionally.

And I think that that is amazing to see and feel growth within your sort of like mental health and like realizations and things like that.

And I think that's a great way to grow because at the end of the day, we are the person that we have to live with 24 seven.

So to be able to notice things that we can take on board and like feel better in our everyday is really important.

However, I do think in the past, I very much felt as though I had to be a constant work in progress.

And then when I kind of recovered that part of me, kind of feeling like, okay, I'm at peace with my body.

Did I then kind of feel like my mind had to be a constant work in progress? And that I constantly needed to do more self-help stuff and learn more about myself and, you know, handle situations better.

But I now realize that is super, super important and super amazing thing to do.

However, I think it kind of takes away from it for me personally, if I'm doing that 24-7.

I'm always on the mission to... feel my best and be my best but not to the point where it's like okay i need to read this many self-help books and i need to journal every day and i need to reflect on everything i'm doing and i you know like i don't want it to feel like this thing that then is just like another way for me to control so yeah i feel like i have a really good balance with it now so yeah interestingly these sort of episodes would be just kind of on the emotional basis however I want to bring back these episodes, but incorporate things that I have learned just generally as well.
