I hate myself when I compare to others, especially if you, you are scrolling social media and then suddenly, oh, my goodness, why like this? Why like that? And then you start comparing to yourself why they are better than you.

Why are they healthier than you? Why they give more wealth than you? So destructive and poison, isn't it, Ms.

Very much so, and if you've been the victim of it, and you definitely don't want to be a parent who is guilty of it with your own children, for sure.

It is definitely something that's dangerous, and so we call it the dangers of comparison and unrealistic expectations.

'Cause I know I was the product of a perfectionistic father, and I could not stand up to his unrealistic expectations.

I was the firstborn, and I was working so hard to perform perfection that I would hide my imperfections from him.

Um, if I didn't do well in a course, oh, my goodness, it was devastating, 'cause he was expecting straight As from his firstborn.

So I understand why we call this the dangers of comparison and unrealistic expectations.

People, comparison is not good if you compare yourself, your, your children to anything else, because it quickly shape how people see themself to others.

When individuals measure their, measure their worth against someone else success, they overlook their own unique journey.

Every person move through life with different circumstances, opportunities, and challenges.

Instead, it creates disif- dis- what do you call that? Dissati fa- oh, my goodness.
