Well, it sounds like you have quite the experience in the background to help guys go through those situations and with the peaks and valleys and such.

And it looks like it's a really close-knit clubhouse group because something that I believe you started last season was this weekly meeting with some of the players and just kind of talking about their lives off the fields and them as people versus just baseball players.

We've done it for a number of years and It's like an optional prayer group that we have and we'll pick out a verse each week and we'll kind of talk about it and then that just leads to organic conversations around baseball.

It's easy to see these guys as baseball players and the numbers that are on their baseball card, but whenever you get them sitting down and we're real human beings with heartbeats and feelings and families and girlfriends and wives and Parents, there's a lot of other things that go into how they perform and how they're feeling other than just getting ready for the game.

So for us to be able to put that aside for 15 to 25 minutes a week and come together and have community is something that's really special.

And I think the relationships that have been built through that are things that we'll kind of transcend baseball because I know baseball is so specialized.

You have your pitching coaches, your hitting coaches, and a lot of times you don't get to spend a lot of time with the guys that are not in your group that you work with every single day.

So getting to have those kind of meetings where it's people from different backgrounds and we have Latin guys and American guys and guys from the North and the South and just everyone come together with one common theme with our relationship with Christ is really cool.

But we've we started in spring training and we do it weekly in spring training.

And we just have to be really consistent because it's really easy to get caught up in the busyness of the season.

And we had our last one yesterday and I told them that I'm just really proud of the consistency because it's really hard with everything going on but we held one every single week for every sing for the season so a six month season we stayed true every single week and held one
