yes yeah absolutely so then if we go to the next slide which is property managers and we have we've talked about this a lot if you're a property manager and someone says who are you I'm a property manager and the when we say that to someone unfortunately those words are Negative connotations.

Negative.

And then nothing's worse when someone goes, I was one of your tenants.

I cringe.

I'm like, was it good or bad? And they're like, it was good.

I was like, hey, feel thank you.

But you naturally do that as property manager.

And we need to start... calling ourselves out and each other and I need someone to call me out when I do it as well because it's really hard but to stop saying I'm a property manager what are you I look after I look after investors properties or even that sounds yeah yeah

100% and I think we're our own worst enemy because we downplay the value and the importance of what we do and then you I got an email from when I was stepping into someone else's folder and the email came in and it had investment asset manager, something like that.

And I was like, oh, that sounds really swish.

And I was like, in my head, I was like, I had to stop myself.

So I was like, that's really, my brain just went, oh, they're trying to make themselves sound really good.

Yes.

Yes.

That's exactly what it is.

Why do we do that? I don't know.

Because that literally sums up what we do.

Very nicely.

And it is very accurate.

But we just put ourselves down.

Judgy, judgy on people's website when they have little.
