Ashleigh GoodchildHostLuis SanchezGuestKymGuestWell, we are very excited today because PropertyMe has launched, you have launched actually, it's all been formally launched, hasn't it? Yes.
And apologies for the people that don't currently use PropertyMe because this is a really, really cool product that I was beta testing and I'm sure Kim was beta testing as well.
And we thought that it would be just a good conversation to chat about how we have beta tested it and sort of what we've been doing with it, because I have been told that we've both been, you know, obviously it's as good as your prompts that you put in.
So we've all both been using it very differently, which is why they put us together today to have a chat.
Lewis, can you talk through what you noticed with people that were beta testing in terms of how people were using it? Like briefly, before we press record, you were saying that we both and used it or trialed it in very different ways.
Can you talk us through sort of what that experience looked like for you from PropertyMe?
I am, in case people have not heard who I am or we haven't met yet, my name is Luis Sanchez.
And just to be clear, you two are two of the most switched on people I've met in the last six months.
No, it's really, really fun to just chat with smart people about interesting things.
So we just launched PropertyMe's Amy Connect, which is basically the ability to connect your favorite AI tool, like a cloud or chat GPT with PropertyMe.
And being able to do a lot more, getting a lot more out of your portfolio, get a lot of deeper insights, and frankly, just, you know, connect two very powerful pieces of technology and do things better.
And so, for example, you know, we've had more than a few customers, AlphaEd and BetaEng, and both of you did both of the above before we launched it yesterday.
