Welcome to Playbook Optional with Daniel Gotera

And you're wondering, what the heck are we going to talk about on this podcast? There are so many podcasts out there.

Why would I listen to this? Well, you don't have to listen to it.

I don't know how many people are going to listen to it, but I'm here.

I'm talking.

It's therapy for me.

And hopefully you'll enjoy some of the content.

We'll talk about sports.

We'll talk about life.

We'll talk about being a father.

We'll talk about health.

because I've had my health issues over the last three years.

For those of you that have seen me lately, I've lost a little bit of weight.

I'll get into all of those things, and we'll just talk.

We'll have a good time.

I have a lot to get off my chest, especially after what I just went through.

Plus, we'll have some really cool conversations with people that have impacted my life and that I think have some pretty cool stories to tell.
