So you really, um, yeah, look at the people's lives and, and try how to, yeah, how to, uh, make the, make the program fit to the person's life.
And I said, yeah, I wanted to keep doing CrossFit, um, two times per week because those are my favorite classes.
So I still go Mondays and Wednesdays.
One day we have upper body, one day we have lower body.
And then, um, you build the training plan around.
So three times I'm doing other strength trainings, uh, which I also like a lot.
Um, yeah, and I also added the Zone 2 cardio because in the beginning, yeah, I wasn't doing enough steps.
And honestly, the steps, they were a huge, uh, problem for me.
And I didn't realize that this was a problem-
... before I joined the program, because usually in a normal working day when I check now, I had in the evening maybe around 2,500 steps.
And this Monday to Friday.
And yeah, it was crazy.
And then I was thinking, "Okay, how can, how can I increase this?" And then I made small changes in my, yeah, in my daily life.
I started to walk to the supermarkets.
I started to walk in the city to meet, um, friends for coffee or for dinner.
Um, and also I changed a little bit my working schedule.
So I changed my home office days to be able to walk more and then, yeah.
And now I think last week was the first week where I managed every day, um, to hit the 10,000 steps.
And it worked-
