Jodi Harary is a Psychic and a Channel. Through her Healing Circus practice she helps people connect deeply with their truth, heal and release old habits and patterns keeping them from living the life…
So what was the lesson that you learned in your deepest, darkest moments in your life? What lesson have you learned-
... that it was the thing that got you through?
I have learned that there is no hurdle too big, that I can walk through anything no matter how I feel in the moment.
That like if I feel like the whole world is crashing down on me, I can just sit there and enjoy that I feel like the world is crashing down on me because I wanna feel it.
Because I wanna remember when I come out, because I'm always going to come out, that I, I let myself feel those feelings.
Wow.
Wow.
So that certainty that there's always a way out, there's always another day, and that we're here to actually s- experience all of these feelings, right? 'Cause that's-
... that's what get us out.
It's people get stuck because they don't wanna feel it, but if you feel it, it eventually passes through-
... and then you're still there.
So the problem is calling it a day, you know? Ah, ah.
And then 20 years later you're just now you're, you know, kind of choking.
Like that, there's so many simple sayings here, right? "This too shall pass," is like so true.
And also, "What you resist persists," right? Like if I push and push and push, that thing's just gonna keep showing up constantly.
So true
