Her research focuses on optimizing rehabilitation practices and developing innovative service-delivery models to improve access to care for children with disabilities and their families, particularly in rural and medically underserved communities. Dr. Bican is also a pediatric physical therapist and educator who is passionate about preparing future clinicians to deliver evidence-informed, family-centered care across practice settings.
