Right, guys, without further ado, we are going to talk about the E in the price method, which stands for evaluate.

So welcome back to the Pet Accountant Podcast and thank you so much if you've been listening up to date and you've been following this price method because hopefully it will help you guys.

Where do you sit in the market? Who are you trying to attract? What do you want to be known for? That is the first thing.

Then we went through the R, which was review and looking honestly at your existing pricing, costs, your time, your clients, your capacity, your profitability.

We then went into the I, which was implement and actually doing something with what you've discovered.

because knowing that you need to change your pricing and actually changing it are two very different things, as we well know.

How do you communicate your value? How do you talk about your price? You know, how do you stop apologizing for charging what you need to charge? And how do you build that confidence to stand behind that price? If you missed it, please go back and have a listen.

You know, do you just cross your fingers and hope for the best and think, fuck it, I've done it.

Do you increase your prices, lose one client, panic, and then immediately decide that you've made a terrible mistake and revert it back? Do you put your prices up and then never look at them again for another three years? Or do you actually stop, look at the evidence that you've got now in front of you and then ask yourself this very important question of, is this actually working? And that is what today's episode is about because pricing isn't just something you decide once, it's an ongoing thing, it's a process.

And we're going to bring the whole price method together and make it all make sense.
