I think like you nailed it, Jukka, when you said that, uh, we prioritize safety over performance.
And when you can really drill that into your head as an instructor, that they're always going to fall into safety over performance, it kind of allows you to get less frustrated because you can see, um, where the nervous system is managing gravity the way it needs to in order to feel secure and doesn't matter like the number of corrections or times you say the correction, it's not going to resonate or stick because it's the nervous system that's ... leading the way.
And so just like what you said about that, I think as instructors is we recognize the kids are not ignoring us, that this is the result of the nervous system's, you know, way of functioning to hopefully keep them safe.
Um, yeah, and it's all, we're all trying to do the best and, and we've s- we're saying in large part what we heard as instructors, as coaches, whether or not that necessarily helped us.
Or I guess to some degree, would have to understand what the correction, what the intent was, right, in order to be giving it out.
