So dear friends, I'm sure you've all had the experience of working with different people and different people have different working styles and different habits and different idiosyncrasies.

And one of the most amazing and beautiful things that you can hear from anybody who you're working with, one of these two expressions, one, can I help? When someone actually that you're working with says, you know, can I help? Can I help you with that? Do you need a hand with that? It's absolutely amazing.

Even if the answer is no, it's just the fact that someone sees you were doing something and require a bit of help and someone says, do you want a hand with that? Can I help? Can I help? What an amazing expression.

The second expression, if you're working with someone, which is really helpful, is when they, when they ask, when they ask, how they can do something.

So like, would you like this done now or will I do it later? Or what do you want me to do? So they're trying to do their job, but they want it to fit in with the bigger picture.

So it's just wonderful to work with people who have a bit of, we'd say in Ireland, a bit of kind of cop on, a bit of awareness of what the bigger picture is and want to help people just stepping over dirt because it's not their job.
