And the answer to that question is I service individuals and cross-border families who are coming into the United States or leaving the United States.

So for the people coming to the United States, those are people who are either moving temporarily or permanently, or they just want to invest in the United States.

And depending on the set of circumstances on the inbound planning, that's gonna require a certain structure or y- there's varieties of structures that we can implement.

And then on the outbound side, those are US persons, either citizens or green card holders who want to move outside of the United States or just invest outside of the United States.

I mean opening up a company abroad, opening up a bank account, uh, investing in hopefully assets that are not gonna trigger adverse tax consequences here in the United States.

And another subset of the clients I, I service are US persons who have failed to report their assets abroad or their income abroad.

So the IRS has a great amnesty program to enter those people into compliance.

And then finally, I do expatriation, so individuals who want to give up their US citizenship or green card and they need some exit tax planning.

That's what gets really spicy and really interesting, but we could save that topic for another day.
