And I could go on with the examples, but are you really spending it on the stuff that's important to you? And can you reallocate 5% of that time to what matters most?
Yeah, no, absolutely.
And I think that's one of those things that's such an easy concept, right? When we think about it, it's like, oh, I don't have time for this, or I don't have time for that, or I don't have time for this.
It's like...
Well, let's look at our screen time.
You know, I'm guilty, right? I feel like I always have my phone in my hand sometimes more than I probably should, even though I really do try not to.
It just, it just is.
Yeah.
And I check it more during, I probably check it more than the average person, especially during, during the workday with my position and stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah, no, it's crazy.
But we have the time.
And it's like you're saying here, like we just have to think about it, right? We have to think about where am I spending that time? Where could I get 5% back? Because that's a huge difference.
of our day, right? Even if we got an hour or something back, we could reinvest that into something more meaningful or something more impactful for ourselves, for our families.
That's huge, right? That's absolutely huge.
And then when we put it in like the grand perspective of, of days and months and years, like it's just, it's crazy how much time we can actually get back and how much time we can reinvest into what really matters that we just, we just miss, we miss so much.
Um, and yeah, it's just one of those things that we, we, we have the solution right in front of us, but at the same time, it's so hard to do it.
It can be so hard at times to do it because we're tired from work.
We're, we're tired from work.
We're tired from our day.
We're tired from everything going on.
You know, we just want to sit, we just want to decompress and we just want to Peace out.
Right.
