You've almost got to suspend that disbelief and train for something that not that it feels hopeless, but it feels so big and such a challenge that you can't conceive of ever being able to do it.

There was Kona, there was Canada, there was Australia, and maybe there was maybe New Zealand and Lake Placid as well at times.

And me and her used to go for a ride together and chat about just the enormity of trying to figure out how to do the training.

you really put a lot of trust and faith in someone who's just giving you their opinion.

Obviously I've made my living over the last more than a decade, but coaching athletes, God, I'm saying that it's over 16 years now.

I'm just saying there are lots of things I've seen athletes try over the years that have worked and there are lots of potential pitfalls that people have tripped themselves up on.

And if people continually trip over the same areas, we can help people avoid those things.
