In the first, you know, we obviously all turned up on Saturday pretty excited off the back of the Leicester performance and the result up against, you know, at home against a team that we all expected to beat.

We got what we wanted, but there's no denying that in the first half we were second best.

We had a lot of the ball in areas where we couldn't really do anything with it.

Their kind of man-to-man press worked very effectively where we just couldn't really progress the ball out.

despite the fact that Branigan was playing at the base of midfield, which I think the whole sole aim of that was probably because we knew we were going to dominate the ball and wanted to get him on the ball as much as possible, but it just didn't really work.

And even in the, you know, early on in the second half where we progressed the ball better, got the ball into better areas, but they still looked the more likely team to score.

Like we have to remember that when we're talking about it, but the last 25 minutes was absolutely joyous.

You know, Masanga, who was probably the one player that, the one outfield player that I thought was, did impress during that kind of first 70 minutes where we weren't very good.

You know, he was in the thick of it for the first goal with a brilliant crossing for Dembele.

You know, and then when Sibley scored with a great strike and then the points were made safe by Gatlin after an amazing free-flowing move, it was very easy to forget what had come before.

As is the case with Oxford season, and I'll get into this a bit later, because I don't want to do too much doom-mongering, but there are some points of concern I've got.

In periods of games at the moment, we're second best, but we seem to get through them.

And when we are on top, we seem to be finishing our chances and making the most of those opportunities.
