Every time you reach for your phone, your brain is chasing a dopamine hit. But what if you could give it something better? In this episode, the concept of a dopamine menu takes centre stage…

Well, I want to start today with a conversation I had recently with someone that I mentor.

We were talking about screen time, about that pull towards your phone, and she asked me one of the most honest questions someone can ask.

She said, well, what do I do instead? When that moment comes and I want to reach for it, what do I actually do with that impulse? And before I could even answer, she pulled out her phone, not to scroll, but to show me something that she'd been building.

And I want to give her full credit for this today because it is one of the most practical, creative, and brilliant ideas I've heard.
