We want to start with a bit of the basics.

Mike, you've been in this game.

You're the truck representative for I'm In The Right.

Correct.

I came on board at the start of the year in January to basically look after the truck side of the business on a national level.

By the time we've got through, I'm going to be honest, I've got some talking points, a bit of information that I want to get out there to the listeners to make sure that we

cover all the bases, right?

What's the basic scenario here? Paint a picture for me.

If imagine you're in an accident that basically wasn't your fault, you've got no vehicle, your vehicle's off the road for a period of time, you can't get to work, you can't run your business.

This is where I'm in the right steps in.

So we provide the accident replacement vehicles to not at fault drivers.

We can deliver the vehicle to you or you can pick it up from the yard and there's no higher cost that you have to

pay.

Honestly, mate, that sounds a little bit too good to be true.

No cost is always a bit of an interesting thing.

Where's the catch?

Look, that is definitely something that we get asked a lot.

What we do is we recover the cost directly from the at-fault driver's insurer.

The driver that is using our service does not pay for the higher cost of our truck.

The only thing that they're basically paying for would be your normal running costs that you would pay in your normal truck, which is your fuel, your tolls, any infringements you get, that kind of stuff.

So the actual cost of the hire truck comes from the person that's in the wrong, so to speak.

Their insurer covers that for you.

That's correct.

We chase that up at the end of the whole process.
