And that was very fun.

It was a lot of fun.

I learned a lot on the civilian side.

Military and civilian are two different things, such as academia.

Bureaucracy always seems to kind of be the same.

But it was a lot of fun because it was all about taking a business out of their homes and taking an idea and teaching them how to execute building their idea.

tell people all the time, we don't know how lucky we are to have The Southern University incubator, kitchen incubator.

It's the only one in Louisiana.

We have something that doesn't exist in New Orleans.
