Everyone is already talking about the biggest event of the year in the online space, Black Friday.

This event can bring up a lot of mixed emotions, excitement, apprehension, uncertainty, feeling left out, pressure to keep up, and so much more.

There are people who love the mad rush to offer and snag a good deal, while others want to run away and hide for that week.

On this show, we are all about approaching business in a way that supports our nervous system, and that's exactly what we are doing today.

For eight years, I avoided selling during Black Friday like I was allergic because secretly I kind of am.

Black Friday would come around and my email inbox would be flooded with business owners pitching their deal for the week and And I would get FOMO.

Even though I knew I didn't want to be part of the online madness, there was always a piece of me that would say, maybe I should have participated in Black Friday.

Then last year, I decided I was going to be like everyone else and do a Black Friday deal.

But no, I made the insane decision to launch a choose your own offer adventure campaign.

Not only was it a nightmare to set up the tech side, but I had to write all of the emails to pitch the offers every day.

But the worst part of the whole thing was that I felt so misaligned with who I was as a business owner.

I'm just going to share with you a few different ways that you can view this crazy time so that you can make the best decision for yourself.
