So actually, my interest became when I was working on some of the curriculum work for a university that I'm working at.
And of course, we had to double check the information, but that was the beginning.
And then I really looked into ambient listening because, as you know, documentation is something that really wanted to avoid because I was spending like a couple hours at night just finishing my notes.
I use an ambient listening product in my own practice, and it was truly life-changing for me.
Now, I will admit, when it first came out and was integrated into our EMR, it wasn't that great.
I was so excited about it, but then when I went to use it, I was like, oh, I'm still having to do a lot of clicking.
