Yeah, well, and I think a lot of people aren't as familiar too with the fact that in older forms of medicine, like Ayurveda, like TCM, this like preconception planning is really common and important.

You know, there's foods that you're supposed to eat when you're trying to conceive.

So I think sometimes what I run into in the Western medical world is a lot of people that are like, well, our bodies are built for this, so we shouldn't need anything.

I've been reading a really cool book called Inflamed, and they talk about how the plants were seeking us out as much as we were seeking them out.

So to me, it makes perfect sense that there would be plants and herbs and medicines that would be supportive because you need different things.

when you're becoming pregnant, when you are pregnant, when you're giving birth, after you've given birth, than at any other time in life.

So I feel like sometimes people feel a little bit like, why would I even need something? But even if you're not at the point where you've tried to conceive and it hasn't been successful, you can also just go into it like this.

You can actually do some of this support and priming and nourishing, even if it's your first time trying to get pregnant.

Like if you look at the egg cell, which is a cell, it's just a type of cell, different type of cell than like a heart cell or a fat cell or other cells in the body.

If you look at most other cells in the body, they have about... 7,000 or 5,000 mitochondria, which is the powerhouse of the cell.

So it's always, your body's always going to opt for survival over reproduction.
