Hands up anybody who's ever had to make a decision that on paper really shouldn't have been as hard as it actually was.

Yeah, we've all done it, right? Sometimes when you're running your own business, you might have to think about, do I have to put my prices up or is it time to launch something new? And in our personal life, we have some really difficult decisions, don't we? Maybe I need to say yes to an opportunity that sounds amazing, but maybe too good to be true.

Maybe there's a friendship or relationship that I'm involved in, and it just doesn't work for me anymore.

When we have these big decisions to make, it's really easy to get consumed by them, isn't it? We think about them in the shower, when we're driving.

We ask a friend for advice, and then we ask another friend, and then we might ask a partner, or we Google it.

And if you get really desperate, you're going to hit up ChatGBT and say, Hey, Chat, I can't deal with this anymore.

And three days later, you're further away from the answer than you were when you started.

Because I think we often assume that when a decision feels difficult, it means that we haven't thought it through enough.

We try to get ourselves to the point where the answer feels completely certain.

And at some point, you need to stop trying to work out every possible consequence and actually do something.

So in this episode, I want to give you four ways to make choices easier when you find yourself stuck in that loop of thinking, second guessing, and not taking any action.
