Episode 36 - Patricia Ellis Chama: Loss, Grit and Becoming

So before we get into something that I'm also eager to talk about, which is our love of fitness,

I

want to ask about the, because we talked about the social media aspect of things and how people are always, what do you think it is about you that they always seem to try to find something to say?

I don't know.

I don't know what light I carry, but it must be a very bright one.

It must be very bright because honestly, every time I see one of

these silly tabloid posts and if it's a picture of you, there's people with something to say all the time.

I think it's the free spiritedness that I have.

I have this free spiritedness about me.

I'm a very free spirited person.

I don't know.

I don't believe in age.

And you shouldn't.

You look good for 50.

I feel like age is just a number.

And if I wake up feeling a certain way, I will go on social media and portray a certain way that...

If you feel good, you're going to post it.

If I feel

good.

Of course, there are certain things I can't do because I understand that I am in the limelight.

Of course, yes.

Yeah, so certain things I will restrict myself.

If you've noticed, if there's one thing I don't do on social media, I will not go on a live and just start ranting anyhow.

That's not me.

That's not me, yeah.
