John CostelloGuestMattHostSo when I hear you say all that, I just, I, you know, I just hear, I just feel, I almost feel it, you know, lots of pressure, lots of stress, um, lots of, uh, demand, especially when you consider on the flip side, you got a family, uh, to look after, take care of, bond with, uh, give them all, you And that sounds like a lot.
And that's going to be even for an individual who is going to be pretty balanced in their nervous system.
It's going to be a challenge to manage all that.
How does that play out in your world? Or how was it playing out with your world? Like what wasn't working? with you.

I think again, you know, if people watch this, it's probably a pretty typical story from the outside.

You know, I look like I've got the house with the picket fence and three kids and, you know, all that and pretty wife and But on the inside, like you were saying, it was a ton of pressure, right? Whether or not you run your own business or not, if you're at my age and have progressed in your career, you're generally in your most productive and income earning years, also the highest pressure to perform years.

So there's a lot of pressure to make sure you're being a good business owner, a good employee.

a good father because you got limited time and then you have your spouse that, you know, if you want them to stick around, you got to also invest into that.

And then, well, maybe you want a social life or something outside of work and just immediate family.

And like I said, to the outside world, it might have been that I was, but I was just burnt out.

And I mean, I don't know if I mean, I don't know the clinical definition of it, but I almost guarantee if I looked it up, I would have checked every box.
