I know we know what you do, and you're very artsy type of work that you're interested in.
And we've kind of had a foundation primarily in acoustics and in vibration.
Our additional disciplines, though, involve low-voltage systems, AV systems, systems for conferencing, systems for presentation when you go to a great concert and you hear a killer sound system.
So really what we do is we help solve problems that relate to sound, vibration, acoustics, and low-voltage communications.
So our favorite kind of projects are the ones where There may be a little bit poorly specified from the get-go, but the owner and the end user have a very clear vision of what they want to do.
It's our job to kind of fill in the technical specifications and do the engineering to make that come alive.
Now, is there any limits on the size of the company that you would work for? Is there anything too big or too small? Absolutely not.
I think one of the interesting things about Ascent Tech is our diversity, and that goes in terms of our people, and it goes in terms of the types of projects that we work on.
And within that, the scale of those projects, we might work for a homeowner who's interested in maybe building a secondary kind of apartment within their home to bring in a loved one who's retiring or aging in place.
We might, in the same context of residential acoustics, work on a very large multifamily development directly in Boston, transit-oriented and kind of near, for example, like a railroad.
So the scale of what we work on is as diverse as the clients that come to us.
So they called in someone, I would assume someone like your company, and they came in and they padded the seats underneath the seats and some of the tables, and they did all kinds of things that you wouldn't think of.
But I guess those are the type of things that absorb some of the sound and and vibration and makes the conversation, it definitely brought the noise level way down.
