Leisa CockayneGuestMichelle SanchezHostAnd how incredible is that, that making those dietary changes and those lifestyle changes completely turned your health around?

And that was the catalyst then for me to go and study because I was like, I need to tell other women about this because the more you'd look online, there was a lot of conflicting advice.

Like some people say you must go, you know, put your periods into cessation, go on, go on this pill that's going to create a fake menopause.

I thought there's got to be something more simple, something that has to be in habits in my life that's amplified these symptoms and can I then ameliorate them by changing or adapting my habits and my lifestyle rather than it be like, right, there you go, you must go into menopause.

That for me just felt so extreme and personally felt really counterintuitive.

It's here's how you can also... add things in, cram things in that are really healthy.

And then I felt like a fraud, which I know is quite common for women to feel like this, and I don't know why, but I felt like I had to back myself up with some type of certification to make it more credible and And so is that the information? I don't think it's enough that it was just my personal story.

And it confirmed everything that I already kind of studied and learned from a personal experience.

Macmillan Publishing and they asked me did I want to do a book which I did I created the seven day sugar cleanse for them and yeah the rest is history as they say here I am making sugar free exists
oh that is such an incredible story I absolutely love it And isn't it amazing, you know, how one thing can lead you to another and, you know, just healing your own health has led you to write a book and create, you know, huge following with other people that want to give up sugar, you know, just sharing that knowledge and inspiring others.
