Let's go.
After 28 days, over 85 witnesses, and over 36 hours of deliberations, we have a verdict.
Mistrial.
Just like I said, hung jury.
I don't even know where to begin with this.
So...
It was 11 to 1.
I'm still not sure if it was 11 to 1 in Lindsay's favor.
I know her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, has been doing a lot of posturing online that it is and that he won that case.
And that very well may be true.
But the only way he would know that is, well, we'll get into the very long deliberation process.
But there was a note passed to the judge that that said they were deadlocked 11 to one.
I am not sure if on that note, they gave an indication of which way they were deadlocked.
So I'm not really sure and I have not been able to find it anywhere where it's definitively said it was 11 to one, not guilty, but only one person held out.
And I had said from the beginning that this was an extremely emotional case.
I knew from the beginning that it was going to be a hung jury because I did not think that they were gonna be able to find 12 people that can agree one way or the other, but they almost did.
They almost did.
I'm really quite surprised that it was only one person that was holding out.
Now on Tuesday's show, I said I would see you in a day or two to give you...
A verdict.
I really thought that we were going to get a verdict that day or not, but it took a full week.
I've never seen anyone deliberate for a full week on any of the trials that I have covered.
They have not been a full week of deliberations.
