Three million-view videos. More than 20 million views on my channel. And somehow, one of the videos people have been the MOST angry about just crossed one million views. 😂 So I decided it was time to revisit it. Years ago, in one of my very first YouTube videos, I talked about a sexual fantasy that I had heard repeatedly from women I knew. What I failed to properly address in the video was something incredibly important: CONSENT. In this video, I look back at what I originally said, why it caused so much controversy, what I would say differently today, and why the original conversation about fantasy and desire still has value when it happens between consenting adults. To be absolutely clear: sexual fantasies involving dominance, force or assertiveness should NEVER be interpreted as permission to touch someone without their consent. Consent, communication and established boundaries matter. The original video was made when I was brand new to YouTube. More than 1,000 videos later, I’ve learned a few things. 😂 Thank you for more than 20 MILLION views on this crazy little corner of the internet and for giving me THREE videos that have now crossed one million views.
