We got a, a email from Amazon, uh, that they actually terminated our SPP account.

No reason.

They won't give us a reason.

I just wanna see if you or any of the agencies you know of have kind of dealt with this situation.

You're not gonna get any help at Amazon directly.

They'll say they can help you, and then they don't.

If you ever have a contact over there, it will never go anywhere.

It's basically an invisible hard wall on this particular topic.

It's not even rejected.

It's like we were live for a few months-

... and it just kind of got terminated for no reason.

They were basically like, "As long as it doesn't stand for Amazon something something." Like, they actually gave us, like, written permission to use it.

It actually went through.

I mean, maybe they just kind of revoked that for whatever reason.

So that's the downside of your situation.

But the upside is I think it's immediately rectifiable.

You just open up the new account under the new domain with the, the legal name that's unrelated.

The invites to customers won't be that difficult since it's a singular system.

'Cause, like, the old system, right, you'd have, like, one email that could have 100 accounts on it.

This is, like, all-in-one now.

Everybody at Amazon knows who I am, and they are very well aware of my domain name and all that.

I've never had them reach out legally to me directly.

Okay.

But they've rejected everything on my signups forever.

They know I'm sidestepping their policy.

They 100% know.

But they're okay with it because it's within the sandbox, right? So the sandbox is you can sign up with a domain name and do it this way.

Here's my take.

I think it's because they don't want it in the directory.

I think at the end of the day, they just don't wanna have the appearance of supporting it in their directory.

So as long as the domain name or any of their protected letters-

... isn't in the domain, um, directory rather, then they don't care.

Has there been any other cases you've heard of this issue ever? Like specific-
