In this episode, Brandon Mull and Jason Conforto talk about the flow state, those moments when creativity takes over and the work seems to flow naturally. They discuss how they get into flow, what can…

Right? And when you are, when you are in a state where you are really in the now and you're really just reacting and you're really just doing it, and you're not thinking about what you're doing, almost there's not time to think about what you're doing or reason to think about what you're doing 'cause you're, you're lost in doing it successfully.

And, and so examples would be if I am reading a book and I'm very conscious of the words I'm reading and it, and it's a little bit of a chore and it's a little bit-

Versus I'm in a scene and it is coming to life for me, and, and I almost forget that I'm reading words-

the top of their game effortlessly doing things that the human body shouldn't be able to do at a pace that, that shouldn't be able to, uh, to happen.

But, but the thing I like about reading as an example is it seems to be more, I, I don't wanna call it passive because you're actively reading, right?
