So for me, I see it more as an act of care as opposed to an act of aggression or, you know, I'm going to hold you on this and I'm going to, you know, so I see it as a, I care for you and your development.

So if I see something or feel something or hear something that jars with where you want to go or what you say you want to be doing.

The challenge is such an emotive word anyway, isn't it? So an act of care for me is as much about the support

Did you, when you were, if you think back to when you were qualifying as a coach then? Yeah.

So all of the things that you learn as a coach and the impact that it has when you do your training, the challenge side, what was that like for you? Did you have to learn it or did you just go, yeah, of course, that's what coaching is?
