There is a lot, for me anyway, for my case, I was told that, you know, you can always reach out to the GP and professional support if you need it.
But there is that gap between, you know, I feel like a little bit tired, a little bit overwhelmed.
Is it am I to the point where I need to go to my GP about this or do I just need like a little stopgap,
just a little something? And yes, nanny is not, you know, medical advice as such, but it's just there to just hold you a little bit.
