Now, you probably heard this before and you're going, oh, do I really have to listen? So go ahead, move forward at one and a half speed if that's what you want to do.

But I want to talk about something called a daily digital deep dive, right? A daily digital deep dive.

This whole aspect of I don't have any content drives me crazy because you're asked questions all day long.

Will I get my earnest money back after I've paid for the appraisal? What does the appraisal really tell me? What's the difference between appraisal and a home inspection? When will I know when my loan is approved? What's a conditional approval? I thought my loan was approved.

What happens at closing? Where do I send the money? Do we qualify? How can I send you the bank statements? Whatever the question is, Keep track of them.

These questions are your content and you can simply hop on to video, right? Just grab your phone.

Just grab your phone and say, hey, I was just asked this question today and then answer the question and take some time to answer it.

Just do some clips of it and then suggest that people go to the link that takes them back to the YouTube because that's where it'll be the longest.

Suggest that people then say, hey, click on the link below to find out more information about this.

Now you have to be careful and I'm not the expert on this, but you have to be careful because some of our social media platforms are okay with the link being in the post and others, they need to be in the comment because they don't like each other and it has to do with the algorithm.

I do know what these breakouts are, but I don't want to say them because I'm afraid what if I'm What if I am wrong? I'm not the expert in social media.
