Dr. Elena Upton's been in practice for 30 years and she is incredible homeopath.

I've known her, I've known Elena for almost four decades.

And when back then we talked about health and healing in our kitchens and we read books and shared them because we certainly wanted to keep our kids away from the doctor.

And we did everything we could.

But then we discovered homeopathic medicine.

And we finished our PhDs together in homeopathy.

And we followed each other's journeys throughout the years.
