And I would love to tell you that my money problems resolved themselves, but they didn't.

Like everything in my life had prepped me to be in this next situation, which I know this situation that I'm going to describe is where a lot of you are at now.

So pay close attention, okay? So I opened a studio in 2021 and I opened it with a literal $12,000 personal loan.

And I remember thinking, fuck it, how hard can it be? That's literally what happened.

I thought, how hard could it fucking be to own a yoga studio? Everybody else does it, why can't I? And I'll tell you what, that sinking has like gotten me far in a lot of situations in life.

Because I don't take a lot of time to like perfectly plan out everything and make sure that I can do it.

Because the people that putter around in the beginning eventually putter themselves out and they never end up doing anything.

So I rented this like this this yoga, this room, this space in this building.

And the building was like, it was this old ass fucking building like that you pulled up to it and you were like, where the fuck am I? Like, you were like, what is happening here? It was attached.

Like it was a commercial building area, but it wasn't like a regular... like strip mall that you would think about.

And the magic of it was, and I used to tell people all this time, like you'd walk in and you'd be like, my God, like this is so beautiful and it's so big.

Like what a surprise, you know? And it was this perfect little gem where people got to know each other and build relationships and practice yoga.

And I used to like, you know, the roof leaked and the ceiling tiles would turn yellow.

And I would love to tell you that my money problems resolved themselves, but they didn't.
